C68 Low-temperature cured matting agent

A new matting agent can replace B68

     C68 indoor matting hardener is a kind of macromolecule material,one portion of C68 will react with three portion of epoxy resin,the greatest advantages are:1.it can get matting effect with low   curing temperature;2.the gloss unchanged when curing with both low temperature and high temperature,good mechanical properties.

1. Characteristics

(1) It can get matting effect when curing with low-temperature.Curing with 150℃,gloss is 1.8%.C68 is not on but also can curing with low temperature,this is the greatest advantages.

(2) The gloss is insensitive to curing temperature,it will stay the same when below three conditions:1.curing temperature is 150℃ or 200℃;2.cold oven or hot oven;3.drying rooms or drying tunnel.

(3) Good mechanical properties.Direct impact is 50kgs,even can pass in-direct impact. Bending performance is good,the panel can be folded in half.

(4) No yellowing.The surface is smooth and delicate，much better than B68.

(5) Good compatibility, C68 and B68 baked in the same oven, will not affect each other.

(6) The formula cost is almost the same as B68.The dosage of C68 is bigger ,but its unit price is lower than B68.

（1）Appropriate extension of curing time can effectively improve mechanical properties without obvious influence on gloss.

（2）Matting Barium is the best filler for surface properties, and increasing resin content can also improve surface properties.
