● 90-100 degree extruding, the vice mill can be adjusted smaller, passing 140 mesh sieve. The extrusion temperature should be lower because L107 has strong curing promotion effect. ● It is used as a base powder. When mixed with 0.1-0.2% moire agent, it can change the shape of the wrinkle pattern. Dry blend L120 can obtain snow pattern, dry blend L118 obtain moire effect. ● When spraying, the large texture should be spray thick, otherwise it will shine, and the small texture can be sprayed thin. 200 ℃× 15 minutes curing. ● In the hybrid, pure polyester system, internal extrusion can obtain sand texture effect. ● Prolonged inhalation of the dust of this product will cause discomfort similar to "cold" symptoms. In severe cases, it will cause sore throat and even a small amount of nosebleed; if it accidentally splashes into the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical treatment, the above symptoms will disappear within a week.
