       L2011 is a non-reactive wax-based matting agent for outdoor weather-resistant polyester/

TGIC powder coatings. It can provide 30-70% gloss and smooth matting surface.

L2011 is addtion-type ourdoor physical matting agent,no react with TGIC,easy to use,can add directly into high gloss formulation.It can achieve 30% gloss of pure polyester/TGIC weather   resistance powder coating,with good floor and excellent mechanical properties.

● Dosage is 1-3%.
● Wide polyester selectivity.
● It has certain effect in HAA systen,suitable for range from 40%-60% gloss.

● Baking temperature is 200℃×15mins.

3. Dosage & Use method

1%-3% by weight of total formula.Mixed with other materials and extruded.Through extruder extrusion, please control the extrusion temperature uniformity, gloss decreases with the increase of the dosage.

● L2011 contains more wax, excessive wax may have a negative impact, so it is necessary to control the dosage and scope of use.

4. Package & Storage

Kraft paper bag (polyethylene liner). Net weight: 25kg/bag. Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Seal the package after operation.
