C308 Charge Modifier

Overcome "Faraday" electrostatic shielding, improve utilization rate

      C308 is a fatty macromolecular substance. It has stronger charge adjusting function used in

powder, and solves the problem that the notched groove and dead corner are hard to be sprayed

because of electrostatic shielding, at the same time,   it can quickly leak a large number of charges

accumulated on the surface,reduce large ripple orange peel due to electrostatic repulsion rebound,   making coating more smooth. Appropriate adding more C308 or adding more filler can improve

leveling.

Appearance: white powder or granule

Volatile content: ≤ 0.5%

Used for all kinds of powder coating.

3. Use method

Dosage: 0.1-0.3%. Mixed with other materials and extruded

4. Characteristics

● When adding 1% of C308 can obtain improve the leveling property

● Non-yellowing,   no catalysis

● Not only   improve spray on notched groove and dead corner but also timely leak a large number of charges arriving on the surface of work pieces.

5. Storage & Packing

Kraft paper bag (polyethylene liner). Net weight: 25kg/bag. Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Seal the package after operation.
